The singer posted up three pictures from his fashion shoot for the July issue of Singles magazine on his personal Twitter page yesterday.
For the pic in which the two pop idols are posing for the camera side by side, Heechul wrote, "Fashion spread with Siwon for the first time in a long while. Killer concept since we have completely different images."
Hundreds of fans have responded to the photo, making various comments such as "You both look so handsome" and "so cool." Many fans remarked that Heechul looks like he is "imitating L," a character from the hit Japanese horror flick "Death Note."
Another photo showed the two singers sitting across the table from each other, in what Heechul described as "the interrogation mode."

Super Junior member Heechul has spoken up about past rumors surrounding his possible withdrawal from the popular idol group, admitting he had once almost quit the 13-man band.
During a guest appearance on SBS talk show "Steel Heart" which aired Tuesday, the singer revealed that he had often felt "overwhelmed" to carry out group activities because he had "so many solo activities."
"I was in a lot of conflict with the members because of this," the pop idol said on the show. "Even the fans would say that I wasn't good for the team so I resigned from the fan cafe."
He went onto say he had such a "tough time" working and dealing with rumors about his quitting the band that one day he shocked everyone at agency SM Entertainment by announcing that he would no longer be pursuing a singing career.
The singer eventually stayed with the band when another member told him that they "left his space empty in their choreography" and that he could "come back any time."
Heechul's confession on the show reduced bandmate and group leader Lee Teuk to tears, who ran out of the studio during the taping to prevent from crying on national television.
As one of the more versatile members in the 13-member boy band, Heechul has branched out to acting in dramas and appearing on numerous variety shows over the past several years. He recently joined the cast of celebrity variety show "Family Outing Season 2."

Super Junior's Heechul to join "Family Outing" season 2
Super Junior member Kim Heechul [Asia Economic Daily]
Super Junior member Heechul has joined the cast of variety show "Family Outing" and will make his first appearance in the program this weekend, according to broadcaster SBS.
SBS announced in a press release Thursday that the 26-year-old singer will be appearing in a special "Family" episode as a friend of Girls' Generation member Yoona, who is a regular on the show.
The pop idol, who has also acted in dramas and hosted radio programs, is said to have shown great humor and energy throughout the show's taping.
"Family Outing" had been one of the most popular variety shows in Korea since its premiere in June 2008. With Korea's top emcee Yoo Jae-seok and singer Lee Hyori leading the star-studded cast, the show had once recorded viewership ratings of over 30 percent.
However, the 'reality-based' variety show came under scrutiny early last year when one of the scripts was leaked on the Internet and fans found that the show was pre-scripted. As the show started to suffer from declining ratings, the producers abruptly ended the first season run.
In a bid to transform the show's image and regain its popularity, the second season kicked off last February with an entirely different line-up which includes TV personality Kim Won-hee, actor Yoon Sang-hyun and boy band members Taecyeon and Jo Kwon.
Heechul will be appearing in the show starting May 2.
